This is zengo from La Tolteca on Mundy St. in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. It is cheese cake wrapped in a soft tortilla and fried in to crispy goodness. It is topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate and Carmel sauce, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. I get this every time I go there. It is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone.Happy Eatings!
